Lisa came to software engineering the long way round. Despite doing web development back when GeoCities was still a thing (RIP), she didn't come to programming again until she discovered that the recession was a bad time to be a journalism major. She got her M.S. in Public Communication and Technology, and has been in tech ever since. She helped found Sunshower.io in 2018, with an eye on making cloud computing easier for everyone to tackle, regardless of skill, time, or financial restraints.
