Sarah is the founder and managing partner of Align Communications and Creative — a women-led social impact creative agency focused on story, strategy, operations and partnerships to increase outcomes and social change — with offices in New York and Colorado. Some of Align's past clients and partner organizations include: United Way, American Cancer Society, DC Oakes Brewhouse, WeWork, Purpose Brewing and Cellars, The University of Berkeley, SAP, Lyft, The Wall Street Journal and City Winery. Prior to founding Align, Sarah worked with brands such as vitamin water™, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Arizona Attorney General's Office and the truth campaign™ and she serves as co-founder for Solve4XX — an unconventional organization tackling gender parity worldwide through social change hackathons with funding from the U.S. Department of State.
