Sam is a creative and enterprising leader who is passionate about collaborative problem solving. Prior to leading the development of the Straayer Center at Colorado State University, Sam worked with the City of Fort Collins, and was active with a number of community organizations and initiatives including Fort Collins Startup Week, the Northern Colorado Food Cluster, and the Downtown Fort Collins Creative District. Sam holds a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Kansas, and is pursuing a PhD at CSU in Public Administration and Environmental Policy.
