Meaghan Overton is a Planner for the City of Fort Collins with a background in long-range planning, community engagement, and economic development. She coordinated the community engagement process for the Fort Collins Downtown Plan and is currently leading the engagement effort for City Plan. Meaghan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hollins University and a Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University.
