Executive Director
Jen Olson has been a leader in arts education for over twenty years. Her background includes museum education roles at the Boston Children’s Museum, Norton Simon Museum, and Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles. She was the founding Director of My Masterpieces, an award-winning collective impact program that developed a sustainable partnership between museums, arts organizations, and schools in Pasadena, CA. She comes to Think 360 from Pasadena Unified School District where, as the Arts Education lead, she implemented an equity-driven program expansion that doubled the number of students receiving high-quality music, dance, drama and visual arts instruction during the school day. During this time she was also involved in the development of arts magnets at Keppel Elementary in Glendale Unified, Eliot Arts and Altadena Arts in Pasadena Unified. Throughout her career, she has been a passionate advocate for the arts, bringing together children, adults, teachers, teaching artists, local and state agencies, and policy-makers alike to transform communities through the arts. Jen has a BS in Community Education from Boston University, and an MA in Arts Education from California State University, Northridge.
