In today’s world, the need for skills to successfully navigate diversity and inclusion are becoming more necessary for success in all sectors of our society. When we take into consideration VUCA, nurturing cross-cultural skills should be a requirement for us all. Today, crossing cultures may be easily achieved without even leaving your neighborhood. Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is a skill set that supports you to better understand your cross-cultural skill strengths and weaknesses and how to improve. This presentation will shed light on culture and what it is, an opportunity to assess your CQ skill set, while offering suggestions on how to improve your own cultural intelligence.
