Diversity is a reality. And as northern Colorado grows in population, our diversity will increase as well. As a start up entrepeneur, you have the opportunity to shape your company to be more inclusive for your employees and your customers. In this session we will consider how your own identity profile informs the decisions you make, the team you hire, and how the culture and day-to-day functions of your company support inclusive practices towards greater equity.
