While other media is designed for scrolling and viewing in short bursts, podcasts are consumed in longer formats and in situations without as many distractions. People listen to podcasts when they are alone, more able to focus, and when their attention is more fully available. These features make podcasting an exceptional medium for marketing, sales, and customer service. In this workshop we'll highlight practical ways that a podcast can help you reach more customers, make more sales, and follow up your sales with high value customer service.
