Zach is the bestselling author of “The Invisible Leader: Transform Your Life, Work, and Organization with the Power of Authentic Purpose.” As a researcher and Adjunct Professor at Colorado State University, Zach teaches courses on organizational and leadership development while he completes his Ph.D. in Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change.

She has driven the evolution of processes and systems in one the worlds most recognized and admired brands for employee engagement and retention.
