Entrepreneurial and creative businesses will invariably need vital talent and more hands to help them grow. What steps can we take to foster a community that supports talent development for the creative industries? CSU career services staff will share information about best practices, available resources to implement internship programs and facilitate a discussion about the value proposition of experiential learning and the cultivation of an community ecosystem of internships, mentorships and apprenticeships. This discussion is for people who are willing to invest in developing future professionals and looking to grow their creative careers staff or business workforce.
